Functions and Indications: Rapidly expelling wind and dispersing dampness, dispelling coldness and regulating the meridians, activating blood and alleviating pain.

Applicable Scope: It is used for pain of muscle arthrosis, aching pain, and chill, tumefaction, numbness, and difficult bending at the affected parts resulting from the cold, moisture and frigidity.

Usage Dosage: External use only. Paroxysm period of the pain: directly apply the plaster to the affected point (namely Ashi acupoint), one plaster per 10 hours till feeling no pain. Alleviation period of the pain: to knee joint, apply to one of the acupoints per day, which keeps 10 hours. Apply to Yinlingquan acupoint and Yanglingquan acupoint in turn; 6 days is one period of treatment. To elbow joint, apply the plaster to one of the acupoint per day, which keeps 10 hours. Apply to Quchi acupoint and Shaohai acupoint in turn; 6 days is one period of treatment.

Tips for application:
